All our holiday lets are situated in our 2 acre plot above Cadgwith Cove.

All properties are NO SMOKING although smoking in the grounds is permitted.

All properties are provided with full kitchen facilities, Freeview TV plus DVD private garden areas with furniture, BBQ. With the exception of "The Old Coach", facilities also include a washing machine.

Cots and high chairs can be provided as required. Our rates include bed linen, towels, fuel and electricity.

Henrietta

Sleeps 2/4, pets by prior arrangement ONLY

Henrietta is situated alongside a tiny stream at the southern end of our two acre plot. Converted from oak-framed Great Western rolling stock, she provides unique self-catering holiday accommodation. A double sofa bed is also available to extend the sleeping capacity.

The Old Coach

Sleeps 2, pets by prior arrangement ONLY

Set beneath a Monterey cypress tree in a quiet corner of our two acre plot, The Old Coach was originally built for the Egyptian Railways around 1903. Retaining many of her original features, and with a private garden including garden furniture and BBQ, The Old Coach makes for unique and romantic holiday destination.

Poppy

Sleeps 4, pets by prior arrangement ONLY

Approached via a private gravel driveway with dedicated parking. Poppy is entered from a private patio area through double doors into the tastefully furnished cottage style open-plan living area. Upstairs, there is a modern bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 children's room with bunk beds.

Willow

Sleeps 4, NO pets

As with Poppy, willow is approached via the same private gravel driveway and has dedicated parking. Willow is entered from a stream-side garden area through double doors into the tastefully furnished cottage style open-plan living area. Upstairs, there is a modern bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 children's room with bunk beds.
